Bought Arlo Ultra and notification & recording doesn't work. Cannot activate plan from Puerto Rico.

I bought the Arlo Ultra and the notification and recording doesnt work. I can't activate a plan because Arlo doesn't want to recognize Puerto Rico as a USA territory.

Hey dpastra,
Without the Arlo Smart subscription, the Arlo Ultra camera won't be able to save recordings onto the library; however, you can receive standard notification when motion is detected. Try to use the default "Armed" mode (if you're using a different mode) and test to see if you receive notifications.
Arlo subscription plans are not currently available in all countries/territories. Take a look here for more information: What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud storage is available?

Did you found a resolution? Im trying to add subscription and having the same problem. If there is no service despite that the cmaras are being sold in PR I will return them all and look for a company that does provide PR service.
