Hi, my arlo basestation died after one month use, I have tried plug it out and left it plugged out for 2 hours then plugged it back in and its completely dead, I tried different wallsockets that I know works but the basestation is dead.
I tried creating a case but your site is confusing,
for some reason some parts of this site is in german, I have select english.. so cant really understand much.
how can I create a simple supportcase to get this solved?
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
