Base station says it is online while arlo app says it and cameras are off line.

Have tried power disconnect, internet disconnect, other appliance connectivity, re syncing and each time base says it is connected while the app say nothing is connected.  Reset button does not appear to do anything???

Lotsa detail needed here. Was this once working? If so, are you getting recordings? Have you tried both the app and the web client?
