Audio is detected but no notification or video clip.

While logged into the arlo app on my computer, I trigger and audio sound on my inside camera that is set to trigger on Motion or Audio. I then see on the app that Audio indicator(the little ear) and the storage card indicator light up so I know it picked up the audio sound but I did not get a notification nor did it store a video clip. I haven’t checked the local storage to see if it stored anything on there. I do notice on the device page the status says “just now” for that camera so it did hear the sound.
I’ve tried to change the Audio sensitivity from 1, 2 and 5 and I get the same results.
Why am I not getting a notification or video clip?
