Hi I got the 4 camera system.
Still playing with it only have two cameras setup as of now.
1 camera record my audio with a good volume the other one my voice is almost non existent.
Also the volume of the siren is way way to low.
And the two way talk is impossible on both of them. As the camera speaker is way to muffled.
How can I fix this.

Is there a chance that the plastic film is still over the camera face?

I forgot to mention that,
Yes I left the plastic film cover on.
And that why I was wondering as 1 of the 2 cameras pick up audio just fine.
I removed the plastic one the camera that don’t record audio or is really low and notice that when I lift the cover on the left side is does nothing to improve the audio recorded. When I lifted the cover on the right side I got good audio.
Would this mean this camera left microphone is bad?
The other camera record good audio with the plastic film on over the left or right side.

I suppose it's possible that the camera could be bad but first remove the film from all cameras. It's just there to protect things during shipment and initial handling. It should not be present in actual use. Does that fix things?

Thank for the follow up.
I would remove it completely to test.
Now wondering if 1 mic is bad. After lifting one side it recorded audio just fine.
But not the other side.
Would report back tonight.
