Arlo ultra purchase help

Hello,

Since I live in Romania, I can only purchase Arlo system from persons, through eBay Germany, without warranty, they sate, that the cameras are new, sealed, is recommended to buy from these sellers, will I have problems lately to register, or tu use these cameras, I would like purchase a two camera kit Arlo Ultra with base, please help, they can provide serial numbers, how can i check if these cameras are not lost, or stolen?!

We recommend your purchase Arlo cameras through an authorized retailer such as Amazon. If you choose to purchase via a third party, please refer to their return policy should you experience an issue.

Unfortunately Amazon does not send their products to Romania, so only solution is eBay, or local persons...

Please advice, I strongly would like to have two of these cameras!
