Hi. My Arlo Ultra camera suddenly stops recording when sound or movement detected. In setting mode the option (record when something detected) is the text grey so I can’t select the option.

Has your subscription lapsed?

 

Do you have local storage installed in your base/smarthub?

Hi. I have no subscription or no storage installed. My camera has working perfectly before but suddenly it stops to record movement. As I wrote before the option where you can select what you want the camera to do is grey (text )

The Ultra (like all currently sold cameras) require a subscription to get cloud recording.  Likely you had a trial subscription that lapsed.

 

So your options are either to subscribe, or install local storage (ideally in a smarthub).

 

Although some do use local storage instead of a subscription, the feature has a lot of limitations, and IMO doesn't offer the best experience.
