Arlo ultra cameras not connecting

Hey all
I’ve had my arlo ultras nearly a year now and they were fine at the start, now all of a sudden they stopped recording, I could view them live but nothing recording even when arming the system. So I was recommended to remove all devices and set them up from scratch again! Now I’m having nothing but issues!! It will sync the smart hub to my phone. But once I try syncing the cameras, it tells me to rename the camera and when I do so it says it’s renaming the device then times out saying unable to rename. There’s no option to skip it and I can’t seem to find a way around it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
