I try to install an arlo 4 camera kit . I am using the app . Go to add device , then plug In Ethernet cable ,then power , light turns solid blue . Next I go to my settings on my iPhone 8 and attempt to join the network that says arloxxxxxx , it then asks for a password. I can only assume the th password it is asking for is the same password I use to login to my arlo account but it will not accept it. What is the problem ????? I’ve recommended your product to a client and can’t even install it ,... WHY?
im using an iPhone 8 , iPad Pro 10.5 with os 13.4.1

There is NO access to the Ultra base ( the system you are trying to access )... the Bases set up their own wifi network for the cameras ONLY.
One the Ultra base goes blue, use the app on your HOME WIFI or web ( https://my.arlo.com ) to access and control your system
