Arlo ultra - Crimsafe security screen

Has anyone had a problem with arlo ultra camera often dropping out from basestation with a Crimsafe security screen between camera and base station

I'd guess they're made of a metal mesh which is acting like a partial Faraday cage. For all intents and purposes, you might as well have a metal wall there which blocks the signal. Moving the hub or camera so the straight line connection avoids the screen would likely be the fix.
