Just purchased an ultra set up and it does not record to the base station to the cloud. The free 1 year premier service hasn’t activated and tech support have not been helpful and have provided no assistance apart from contacting another department. They can’t give me any details when or if there is a fix. Has anyone else had this issue?

Where are you located? Only the US can get the free premier subscription, I believe. Have you inserted a FAT32 formatted micro-SD card in the hub to record locally? Does anything work?
