Arlo Ultra wont connect to Arlo Pro Base Station

So I have a 4 camera Arlo Pro kit works perfectly! Bought a new Arlo Ultra, paired first time no problem and worked fine for a few months. Basically went flat, wouldn't take a charge so it was replaced with a recon unit as they do. Paired fine then wouldn't connect to the app the next time I went to view so I deleted it and tried to re-pair and nothing the app can't find it now. When I press the sync button on the camera it just flashes blue slowly then amber fast. Tried resetting base station etc . . . TIA

Try plugging the camera in using the Arlo charging cable and AC adapter when attempting to sync. Do you still experience the same issue?
