Arlo Ultra times out while loading

The issue I’m having is the camera will not play when I want to view it. It’s a black screen and times out while loading.

When I removed the camera and reinstalled, it shows a black screen when asking to position the camera. If I go to activity zones it does display a picture like it should.

I have tried the following changed the Battery, the network is strong no issues, reinstalled the camera after removing, made sure firmware is up to date

I don’t know what else to do. Any advice?

Sounds like a faulty camera to me (dead sensor?). Swap at the store for fastest results.

It’s 2-3 years old. Pretty bad if it already doesn’t work.

Sounds like you haven't tried a factory reset - I suggest doing that next. https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

Already did that 3 times and no luck. It’s strange because it connects back to the system. When in settings I can see the picture when in activity settings. The regular viewing doesn’t work at all.

When viewing the activity settings, is the image updating every time you go into that section? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app as well as tried the web client?
