Arlo Ultra not visible

Hi there,
Was hoping for a bit of help on my Arlo Ultra Camera system please?
I have 5 Ultra Cameras, however only 4 are visible / available when I search my system.
The 5th camera has a flashing blue light on the front.
I have removed all cameras from the system and reinstalled, however the 5th camera doesn’t ever show up as available.
I have tried re-syncing - no luck.
I have tried to factory reset by holding down the sync button however the orange light never appears.
I have switched the batteries from one camera to another - no difference.
Please help

Sounds like a faulty camera. Use Settings, Support to start the replacement process.
