I have noticed tonight that I have no recordings on any of my cameras nor have I been receiving any notifications of motions since 6pm New Years Eve. I can connect to cameras and I’ve restart system but makes no difference. Is anyone else having this problem please?

Backend changes have been released to address an issue some users were experiencing the resulted in missing notifications and library recordings. We believe these fixes have addressed the issue, if you're still experiencing this behavior, please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate. I am still receiving motion recordings (about 10 from my Ultra cameras today).

I have had a similar problem for about a week, only sometimes it works, and sometimes I get no recording in the library and no notification.
I know when it doesn't work because there IS a recording on the local storage, just nothing in the cloud.

I am having problems connecting to one of my cameras and have removed it and re installed it but still nothing. It is not recording nor am I able to access it via WiFi

Tickets have been opened and escalated to the engineering team detailing the issues being reported here. Thank you for all of the information that has been provided so far, the development team is currently reviewing this data to root cause the issue. I will provide an update once we have more to share.
