I have an Arlo Ultra kit and noticed with the last update or so I cannot get two way sound to work.
I called in and the person has no clue what I was talking about. Then he said he would call me when I got to the unit in an hour but never did. Told me to try resetting. I did that and it ended up clearing everything out. Had to go back in and set up like it was brand new. So much time for nothing.
Camera two way communication still
Doesn’t work. All software up to
Date etc. I have had so many problems with these camera they have become useless. I honestly want some of the items fixed or just want my money back.

When you say the two way communication isn't working. What do you mean? Do you see an error message when trying to press the push to talk button? Does it appear to work but no audio can be heard from the camera?
Do you see the same behavior regardless of the device being used? Does the same behavior occur with all cameras or is it a specific camera that has the issue?
