Arlo Ultra. Called tech support several times. Unable to help. 1 camera was working fine for about a year. All of a sudden motion sets off video clips of nothing repeated until battery goes dead. Reset to factory default changed all the settings as per tech support. Nothing has helped. Please advise.

It's hard to offer much advice w/o knowing the details of what support had you do.  It is possible that one or both of the passive infrared (PIR) sensors has failed - in which case there isn't much you can do (beyond the factory default you have already done).

 

Have you tried swapping the camera with one in another location?  Just to confirm that the problem stays with the camera, and not the location?
