Also, I've yet to log exactly how long the batteries last. Because it says 3-6 months of battery life but mine are more like 3-6 days. Any suggestions on how I could fix these issues?

First , to track batteries easily, I add the date to the end of the Cam name... exp; Front Door (4-12)
Second, My Ultra battery lasts 2-3 months , current battery went in 3-10 and still is 60%...
Battery life is ALWAYS dependent on usage. If it records all day long, you life will be very short. Spec usage is 5 mins per day for life listed.
If in a heavy traffic area, you may want to get an ac adapter to allow power all the time.

The 2 way Audio is poor on these. I've had mine about a month, and have used both my Galaxy S20 and Wife's IPhone 8, and both are low audio, you have to have it set at 100 % to hear.. Hopefully, Arlo is working on it, to improve..
