Today, checking my front door camera (dawn 6am) - I noticed battery at 23% I have solar power that always kept battery level between 90% to 100% for the last 5 months. Sunrise at 6:45am (full sun to panel) I check battery at 11am battery level at 43% then 51% at 2pm. I removed and clean connections. Around 4pm battery level at 59%...... I went live and notice the audio had heavy static constantly. I removed camera and hook up to wall charger- slow charge with heavy static in live mode...... Then I deactivated the audio mic through software.... plug camera in wall charger and within an hour I was at 100% - I open a case number but waiting room is over an hour.... product is 6 months old..should be under warranty unless some in community can advise me a solutions.
