Since going to all the effort to get these cameras plugged in I’ve had one problem after another with one of the three cameras, first it took around six attempts to sync it it just kept making a clicking noise and blue light flashing slow but eventually got it working not sure how but now after a few days the whole picture has gone a constant purple tinge colour.

Also just noted all three ultras are picking up motion but not sending any notifications yet the old original Arlo fire up straight away and send ok ! These cameras are amazing when working but beginning to think are they worth all the frustration that comes along with them.

I think this one camera is defective. If you can, return the set to the store and exchange it for another set. Or, you can contact Customer Support here:
