Arlo Ultra cloud not recording

No recording getting saved to cloud since April 4 (2020).
My 8 ultra cameras & base station were bought late 2019 and Jan 2020.
Has been working mostly fine, until April 4 (2020), when no more recordings were being displayed in my library.
Checked all cameras, all functioning with live view.
Then checked base station, seems to be working fine.
Checked storage on SD card, nearly full.
Have reformatted SD card, so plenty of storage space now.
Don’t know how much storage I get on Arlo Cloud, maybe that’s where the problem is.
My purchase supposedly came with 1 year Arlo Smart Premier.

How can this be resolved ?

Check to make sure your cameras are still participating in your Arlo Smart subscription. You can do this by logging in to the web client from a computer and navigating to Settings > Subscription > Manage cameras.
