Hi,
I've seen other people post on here about the same problem, but those posts never had a solution and have been closed for inactivity. I have a problem whereby I can't connect use the microphone feature to speak to someone at the camera when my phone is not connected to the same wi-fi network as the camera. This is affecting both my wife and I, she has an iPhone 12 Pro and I have a Pixel 6 Pro. It definitely used to work once upon a time so it feels like this is a bug in the software.
Any help appreciated.
Regards,
John.

Is this occurring in the Homekit app or Arlo app?

It's on the Arlo app for both iOS and Android. I suppose it could be a port that needs to be forwarded, but I feel its more likely to be a bug in the app.

I was not able to replicate this issue with mobile data/Arlo Ultra camera. Can you make sure you are on the latest version of the Arlo mobile apps and OS for your devices.
