Arlo Ultra camera won't sync - been waiting over 2 weeks for a replacement - how do I escalate?

Brand new Ultra camera won't sync, support agreed the camera is faulty but they advise they don't have any stock to replace mine, being waiting over two weeks without , when it will be in stock can you believe this from the manufacture?
Tried to sync to other base Ultra base stations, no problems with other cameras, followed all other advice from support but even when it does sync after 30 plus tries, it then says its offline and then all starts again. How do I escalate ? Thanks
