Arlo Ultra camera not in color at night anymore?

Please see the attached screenshots.

If I turn off all the low light settings than the camera goes to color.

But if I turn on all the low light settings than the camera goes to black and white?

Please tell me what happened?

Ok, I figured it out.

The camera stays in black and white.

Once the camera detects motion It switches it color.
