Apple User Home using Arlo Needed Advise

I wouldnt say that my house is large - 22ft by 46ft.

1. camera is front door - HUB is only 6ft away.  only half signal - slower than my Nest doorbell 

2. camera 1 story high about 25ft from hub outside window  near first floor eve.  2 other cameras about the same distance. 

Internet is 100u100d

3 Apple Extreme Base stations Proably is right next to Arlo Ultra+  Base  - All Airport Extremes are only 4ft behind the all of where they are located. and still SLOW to LOAD, SLOW to get notifications, and When I talk.. so laggy and it doesnt make sense.

Do I need new routers? These  give me 100+U/D over wifi to my iMac...

I would move the Ultra base farther away... I had some interference issues and low signal when the base hub was to close to Orbi router
