When asking Alexa to view a camera it shows the wrong camera after changing the cameras.

I have tried changing the cameras back and renaming the cameras on the arlo portal, even resetting the Alexa device with no Joy.

So i command a camea and it shows the wrong one, how can i rectify this?

The only thing i have not done is disconnect and reconnect cameras on the portal, which is my last resort.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Satulumiella,

 

I would recommend removing the cameras from Alexa and adding them again making sure they are named correctly.
