When I say this has been the worst investment with this 4K camera. It’s always showing offline I wish I could get a refund.

If you want help in trying to fix it, tell people a bit more about your setup and someone may have a bright idea.

 

For a start, tell us what you mean by "always showing offline" and where you see this.

More details about your setup could help us understand the issue better. What does the signal strength for your camera show? How far from the SmartHub is it located? What LED behavior do you see on the SmartHub when you experience the issue?
