Arlo Ultra Videos are all 5 minutes long

I just recently purchased and installed the Arlo Ultra cameras. For the first week, everything was pretty good. Now, one of my cameras always records for 5 minutes or just over 5 minutes even though the settings say to "record until activity stops(up to 300 sec)". Any idea why? I don't want to switch to "record for a fixed time" because I might miss something I'd like to capture. Thanks

If it's just happening on one camera, it could be due to the sensitivity setting in the rules for that camera. I recommend adjusting the sensitivity down incrementally until you achieve the desired results.
