Arlo Ultra Solid blue light and still offline

My Arlo Ultra SmartHub light is solid blue. Yet it still shows as offline. The only camera currently set up and the video doorbell remain offline.  I have trouble shot, unplugged, synced... still offline.

I am quickly tiring of dropped connections with my Arlo and the PIA to reconnect. My other devices stay connected.

Is the camera recording? Do you get notifications? Does the doorbell provide calls to the phone when the button is pressed?
