Arlo Ultra Snapshot icon missed

goodmorning to everyone,

I've bought two kits for a total of 5 camera, the first kit is working perfectly, the second one with two cameras had some setup problem but now is working as well except for a strange fact.

here is the problem. out of 5 camera, just one of them during live view, shows less icon then the others. 

when I'm in live view snapshot or recording icon are not shown at the bottom of the screen. 

this is via browser as well as via IOS app with no difference. 

the FW looks updated (1.070.41.1_80_9996bd9) and same as the other four cameras...

any ideas?

Can you provide a screenshot of what is shown for that camera? That might help us better understand what you're seeing.

I bought 3 Ultra cams last week and snapshot icon is missing on all three cameras. I'm streaming in 4K and have PVR subscription. If I change stream to 1080p the icons will popup.

OK, the support told me today that's a known bug and will be fixed soon.
