Hello,
Any idea if I can use hub VMB4500 & VMB5000 on same network?
I am experiencing some issue with this set up.
Since 8 months I use 6 Arlo PRO2 with a VMB4500 it runs without any problem untill I got a VMB5000 synced with only one Arlo Ultra.
When the hub VMB5000 is on, all camera on VMB4500 turn off on Arlo app but still can register activities.. I turn the hub VMB5000 off and finally I can use all camera on VMB4500.
Two hub are in different location but use the same network.
Any idea guys?
Thanks for your support

I've done this with no problems. When it happens, try force closing the app and reopen to see if that helps. ALso try a web browser.

I have already tried to force closing app, same problem here nothing change. Also I tried via WI-Fi and mobile data. Sometimes it works maybe 20% of time.
Good idea about web browser, I just tried and indeed all camera are UP running properly no error message on Arlo PRO2 camera.
The problem it's I need phone app to check activites arround my house when I am out.

I also have multiple bases, and don't have any issues.
What version of the app are you running?

Maybe try support: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
They might not be able to immediately help, but it should get it on Arlo's bug list.

At the moment I am using a VMB4540 base, two VMB5000 bases, and one bridge. I have 3 Pro-2 cameras, 3 Pro-3 cameras, 3 Ultra cameras, one video doorbell, one audio doorbell, and one Arlo light.
The home wifi network uses an Orbi RBR50 router with two satellites.

Alright thanks StephenB.
It looks that my problem comes from Arlo phone application, because I don't have any issue via Webinterface. I am not alone to have this problem on French section.
