Hi,
I’m not able to set up Apple HomeKit in the following model VMB5000r5, I saw in your website that Arlo Ultra is compatible with HomeKit but it is not allowing me to finish the config.
Could you please assist me on that?
Regards,
Luis

Luis,
I had the same issue you did and I solved it by following these steps:
1. Remove ALL Arlo accessories from your arlo app including the BaseStation.
2. Go through the setup process again and add the BaseStation again.
3. Once you add it again, go to the device settings and now you will see a new menu button that says “HomeKit”.
4. Press it and complete HomeKit setup.
After that, add the rest of your Arlo accessories and they will now show up on your homekit environment.
Not ideal, but I suppose that the recent updates that enable homekit somehow forgot to address adding the homekit button to existing qualifying BaseStations that are already configured.
I was so close to retirning my Arlo Ultra system before trying this, but it’s all working now.
Hope this helps!!
