Arlo Ultra Camera will not connect to hub???

Hi-

 

I have an Arlo Ultra camera which I removed from the hub.  I bought a second hub due to the distance between camera locations.  Both hubs appear within the Arlo app and show connected and working (i.e. online).  After removing the one camera from the Hub #1 it will not connect to the Hub #2.  I’ve also tried reconnecting it to Hub #1 and it will not connect to either hub???  

 

So far, I’ve tried rebooting Hub#2 as well as manually syncing the camera and holding the sync button down to get the Orange and Blue lights to reset the camera...no luck 😞

 

Please advise...

Try connecting a charger and let the battery completely charge then attempt the sync process again. Do you still experience the same behavior?

Ok, thanks for the reply.  That worked...not sure why, but worked.
