I have five Ultra /Ultra 2 cameras connecting to the same base station. They used to detect and record person and animal movement. However, it does not do it anymore. After reset, resync, reconnect, still fails. Checked with Arlo Support, they did not know what the issue is.
Has someone the same problem with Ultra/Ultra 2 cameras?

FWIW, my ultra recordings still are classified as person, vehicle, and animal.
Are you getting recordings classified as "motion" instead? Or no recordings at all?

No, it does not detect the motion at all even though a person passing through the activity zone.

Have you tested this yourself by walking side to side across the FOV at different distances from the camera? Have you checked your subscription status to ensure the cameras are covered?

Yes I did. I walked and tested at every distance and every angle. I also checked the camera which was covered in the subscription. Moreover, I also swapped with other cameras for verification. However, same symptom.
I am wondering the footage of the external camera is much bigger comparing the footage inside the house. In other words, the person image is much smaller with a large footage. The video analytic software is not smart enough. Not sure this is the case. Nevertheless, it worked well before.

How far is the person from the camera?

Not sure by what you mean - the same camera had the same issue or the swapped cameras showed the problem, too? What is the motion sensitivity setting? A screenshot of the camera view may be useful.
