Arlo Ultra Camera App - Battery Error Red with Exclamation

Hello, I recently unplugged the AC power on one of my cameras and I now have noticed on the app a Yellow Triangle with a lightning bolt.  When you go into the camera app setting the battery is a 98% with the battery icon in a red boarder with a exclamation mark.  How does one correct the fault?

 

I have unplugged the ac adapter, rebooted the hub, checked the ac plug to ensure it is plugged in.  It is -20 outside so not certain if the cold has anything to do with it.

 

Any ideas?

IIRC, the yellow triangle when unplugged is a reminder that zones may not work if not on AC power...

The Red triangle with battery is prob that the battery will not charge as it's to cold ( battery does not charge below 32F )
