Arlo Ultra '2' NEW model camera releasing soon!!! v2

Not sure if anyone else is subscribed to Arlo's YouTube channel but late this morning Arlo posted two new videos (links below) for an "Arlo Ultra 2 camera'.  But in summary, looks like the main difference from the original Ultra camera is that it'll be able to switch from 2.4ghz to 5ghz depending on the range.  

There is also already a few KB article already posted on Arlo's website too.

I saw some post about them, two said it will be a costco  exclusive in a 4 cam set. Not sure how accurate or for how long. Can't imagine it just being released there.

Thanks, I’ll just stick with my first gen Ultra’s. I thankfully don’t have WiFi distance issues with mine.

I was about to pull the trigger on the ARLO ULTRA when I was researching mounts and saw the posts/videos in the support area that mention the ULTRA 2. How can I find out about the release date and availability?

Did Costco really start selling the ULTRA 2 before the official release? Unfortunately the are selling the 4 camera kit (which is more than I need / want to spend) and I'm not sure whether or not I can really trust that I'll end up with the ULTRA 2 product even though the UPC seems to different to the existing ULTRA 4 camera kit.

I don't necessarily need the latest and greatest tech and the differences in the FAQ between ULTRA and ULTRA 2 don't appear to be substantial. But if I'm going to drop this kind of money I'd either like the latest version, or at least get the older version at a discount...

I like it how they've disabled comments on the videos.

Probably so disappointed existing customers can't warn potential customers away from the horrors that come with buying into Arlo's rubbish products.
