I have 3 Ultra cameras and 2 have gone offline after a period of rain with water being in the casing and coming out of the holes next to the lens. I have logged a support call with Arlo and they never rung me back, not even at agreed times. I have found the support they offer as poor. I am in Australia, the next step is to go to our consumer affairs watchdog to make a complaint.

 

Has anyone else had these issues.

It appears an agent has already followed up on your support ticket. You can review your support tickets within the Arlo Secure app under Settings > Support.
