Hi,
I had a Pro Smart Hub and three cameras in my system. The system was set up by a previous owner. And now I moved the system to my summer cottage.
And the problem is that I tried it to set up with a new account and it cannot be found evn though I have made a factory reset.
The led is in blue, so it is connected to internet..
So I think that the problem is that the Hub is with the old account and with the old psw.
Is there anything to do than try to contact the previous owner?

Unfortunately not. You need to get the previous owner to remove Arlo from their account, not just the hub.
