Arlo Chime won’t connect to SmartHub

Just installed the Ultra SmartHub and connected my new video doorbell. Tried to add Chime to my collection but as soon as i put it in the power outlet nothing happens. Arlo app sesrches for Chime, can’t find it, reapeated 20 times with two different Chimes. I tried to press «sync» button, but nothing more happened. In the end the lights turned from blinking white to solid amber.

Have you tried to reset the arlo chime by holding the sync button for 10 seconds? How do I reset my Arlo Chime?
