Arlo Base Station VMB5000 B

For some reason I have been blocked by ocapi-app.arlo.com.  I cannot log into the web portal with my browser.   I can login to mobile app without any issue so there is not an issue with my credentials.  Chrome Developer mode provides the following details.

Sorry, you have been blocked

You are unable to access ocapi-app.arlo.com
