Animated previews doesnt work anymore

Hello
I have a Pixel 6 Pro with Android 13.
At the moment, the animated preview notification doesnt work anymore.

First I get a notification with a big image preview and thereafter, when the animated preview is calculated/created, I get a new notification which is overriding the first static one.
So far so good, but since a few days I do not get the animated preview.
Somehow I am receiving it and it will update my ststic one, but there is no animation visible, even worse, I theb only see a small static picture.

Is it an Android 13 issue?!
