Animated previews are blank

Animated previews are blank for a few days now. This is an issue that has resolved in the past via software update- not due to user sided issue.

Can you provide more information on where the animated previews are blank from?

On my iPhone, I am able to hover over Arlo event notifications that pop up on my locked screen to preview the video events. These previews are not showing the video - black screen.
Upon accessing the Arlo app, I am able to view these video events, so it is not an issue with my camera or connection.

Can you please go through the settings and make sure that they are set up correctly?
