All my Videos prior to 1/31/20 are GONE!!

OK this is seriously getting OLD...

 

I have a ticket 41394259 which was created on 1/13/20 still with no answer.

Now again all my videos prior to Jan 31 are gone.

 

I have an Arlo Smart Elite subscription for my camera which states I get 30 days of cloud history.

 

So where are my videos!!!!

Did you click on the left "arrow" next to the month text to see the previous month?

Yes that is why I knew I had my videos from Jan 31st but not any previous day's.

Tech-D,

 

Have you tried logging in using a different device (for example if you use Android, do you experience the same thing when logging in using the web client on a PC)?

Yes.  it is show the same information in the App and the Web interface.

 

Still no solution, and not answer from support.
