Just installed my camera system, obviously the first thing i want to do is check the quality of the footage and its literally no better than any average camera system. I have all my settings for 4K and best quality and you literally CANNOT make out a tag number or face when zooming in. I wish i would have done more research because i feel like i could have gotten the same quality for a much less price and the false advertisement of being able to read tag numbers with the 4K just really upsets me, or hopefully i am missing something?

kbarakeh,
Do your library recordings have a 4K icon on the thumbnail? If not, this means your recordings are not in 4K.
To record library content in 4K, you need to be subscribed to PVR. For more information, take a look here: What Arlo subscription do I need to record videos with 4K resolution?
