When I first started out playing around with my new 4k ultra system it would show me on the streaming video that it was in 4k. Now that has stopped. I understand and get that the subscription allows me to record in 2k and that's all well but I should be able to still steam in 4k.
Now only ever says anything when there's a video that's recorded in 2k, that its 2k

In the camera's video settings, do you have "Local 4K Live Streaming" enabled?

Yes everything is enabled. It's just when I 1st connected it it said on the live stream that it was streaming 4K now it doesn't state/show.
I've since read the FAQ, And they told me I had to be on same Local network Which I am most of the time I'm trying to see the stream..
It just says "live" on the stream where before it said 4K live

Make sure pan and zoom aren't checked. I don't believe it will do 4K live if it is
