All 4k recording stamps are gone from my videos in the new app. The recordings themselves don't look like 4k either. In fact, the videos don't have any resolution stamp on them anymore, 2k or 4k. Again though, they don't look like they are in 4 k. Anyone else notice this?

You can download one to a PC and double check. With windows, right-click to see properties, and navigate to "details". You'll see frame height and width there. You should be able to check on Mac also, but I'm not sure how.
- Do you have a subscription? If so, which one?
- Have you enabled Auto Zoom & Tracking?

I have Arlo secure unlimited camera plan.
Track and zoom is NOT enabled on any cameras.
Videos so NOT look good like 4k should.
Could Arlo have dropped the tags so they could downgrade video from 4k to 2k on the lower plan without people realizing it? Again, video doesn't look 4k and they should have left the Stamps in place.

Are you in the US? Arlo Secure offers 4K in the US, but only 2K in other countries.
Are you using Feed or Library?
My Ultra videos do have the 4K logo in the Library (though I happen to have the Secure Plus Subscription).
I do have a test account using Feed - that doesn't show the 2K/4K logo, but the video from the Pro 4 camera I have in the test account is still 2K. I agree it should show the logo somewhere.

Check the resolution in a downloaded file, as I suggested above. Then post back with what you find.

Please check the resolution in a downloaded recording as I suggested above (twice).
