Good morning. I believe I have managed to resolve this issue. When navigating around the settings (via the web browser), specifically the "manage cameras", I noticed that for some reason my cameras were no longer activated as part of the "smart premier". This is odd as I had not deactivated them. As soon as I dragged the cameras up into the smart premier box the 4k toggle appeared again.
Have other users experienced this issue?

Glad to hear someones started working so I checked both the web portal and android app which just released yesterday. All mine are properly shown in mange cameras but everything including the toggle still say 2K
