Hi, hoping for a bit of help before I bin Arlo off for good here.

 

My system used to work fine. It was great. In recent times, however, it has ceased to be so. I am only running one of the cameras currently, and I record to an SD card inserted into the Base station.

 

No matter what I set in the rules, recordings are mostly 1 second long. Sensitivity is set to 100% and it makes no difference changing any of these settings. Trying to watch the live feed is a waste of time. Just a blurred screen with a loading circle spinning endlessly. Occasionally I get a split second glimpse of the feed before we go back to the blurred screen and trying to load.

 

This system used to work very well. I have no idea why it has deteriorated so, so badly. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

One useful test would be to bring the camera closer to the base station (6-10 feet), and see if that resolves the issue with livestreaming.

 

You could try removing the base station and camera from the account, resetting both, and then adding them back.

 

Reset the base using a paper-clip.  Reset the camera by pressing the sync button until it flashes amber (about 15 seconds).
