Will an ARLO solar Panel VMA4600 charge the VMC505o camera with an appropriate cable between them that is MICRO USB on one end and USB-c on the other end?

No. The VMA4600 is not designed to be used with VMC5050 cameras.

No. The VMA4600 is not designed to be used with VMC5050 cameras.
