You are so kind to reply. I truly truly appreciate the assistance. I am brand new and so nervous learning. It will just take time. I don't understand whythe cameras would not charge when I put them on the cord attachment and plugged into wall and left overnight. Since both would not charge, I am thinking it could be the cord??? I am trying to get the new batteries to get the cameras back on line. Again, thanks for assistance. I will keep trying and wait for back order.

A quick Google of "arlo xl batteries" has various results. I see they're available at Amazon, for instance:

That is the housing+battery, not just the battery. Sold by Amazon, not Arlo, and Amazon has uplifted the price to about $15 USD over MSRP. $95 is pricey if all you need is the battery, but it is an option.
Most sites I've checked show it is out of stock, and expected to be in-stock in 4-6 weeks.
I am seeing a couple of third-party batteries that claim to be compatible

No idea if they work or how well they perform, but if you need the batteries ASAP that might be an option. Note these do not include the housing.

I was rather of the impression that's the only way to buy the XL batteries - with the extended cover. Guess not.

No, the VMA5420 is the XL battery w/o the housing. That was released shortly after the Go 2 was launched.
List is $20 USD cheaper than the VMA5410 (same battery bundled with the housing).
Both are currently out of stock at Arlo.com and most other sites.

Being new to Arlo and the community help, I am so grateful to get quick reply and know I will feel more comfortable as I keep reading and understand the system. I have been with ADT for 20 years. I finally said enough is enough. ..like 72 minute wait on phone. I just need to be patient and keep learning. Thank you for being there!!!!!
